Repair Guarantee

How confident are we of our repairs?

We offer a full 6 month Guarantee on workmanship for your repair & up to 12 months Guarantee on new parts fitted, plus our Overhauled Appliances in-store are backed by a guarantee. If you'd like peace of mind that the repair you paid for is a good one be sure to call us, our engineers are all qualified and have 45 years of combined experience behind them!

Our core fixing philosophy is:

1. Quickly identify the problem with your appliance
   
2. Propose a cost effective solution - sometimes this is a repair, and sometimes the item should be replaced. We don't waste your time and money repairing appliances if it is uneconomic to do so.
   
3. Provide you with a working appliance so you can forget about it again ( ever notice that you only realize how fantastic your washing machine, drier, oven, dishwasher, stove etc is when it's not working? )
   
4. Once repaired, your Whiteware Appliance will be 'Certified Electrically Safe' with the attachment of our personal 'Electrical Safety Certificate'

Storage & Disposal
of Customer Appliances

We have limited area for storage of customer appliances if not collected or returned, our liability limited to one month. Please enquire regarding storage and disposal costs if these services are required.
